My Ninteenth Blog Help me its' spring

Spring is coming! My moms cat is shedding (achoo) and the grape hyacinths, strawberry plants and tulips are poking out of the ground. I welcome the beginning of green showing up and look forward to digging in the garden soon.

However, there is dust from road salt and sand blowing around and somehow finding its way into the house and settling everywhere. Trees will be starting to bloom any day now and seasonal issues will be on peoples minds. Mine also, This part of spring is not a happy one for many.

With all that in mind I have checked to make sure I have EasyAir/Breathe, Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint essential oils and back-ups in my oils box. Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint are also in the Natural Health Product TriEase® Softgels (NHP). Which I also keep a supply.

TriEase®  is a unique, proprietary blend of Lemon, Lavender, and Peppermint essential oils, and is the ideal companion to carry with you for support while traveling or staying home through every season. So simple to take because the softgels are small and easy to swallow.

So why Lemon? Lemon essential oil has high content of limonene—a key constituent in citrus oils, giving it strong cleansing property. Lemon is also cleansing for the body. Lemon NHP is used in aromatherapy for colds and coughs.

So now, why Lavender? Aromatically, Lavender oil produces a powdery, floral scent famed for its relaxing qualities. Lavender essential oil contains high amounts of linalool, a chemical constituent that gives Lavender its soothing, floral aroma and topical cleansing benefits. Additionally linalyl acetate also contributes to the relaxing aroma of Lavender oil. Lavender NHP is used in aromatherapy to help relieve colds and cough, as a nervine and calmative, and to help relieve headaches,
as a carminative and antispasmodic relieve symptoms of digestive discomfort.

Ok now, why Peppermint? Peppermint has a refreshing, stimulating, energizing aroma. Provides cooling refreshing sensation. Peppermint NHP is used in aromatherapy to help relieve colds and cough, as a nervine and calmative, and to help relieve headaches, as a carminative and antispasmodic relieve symptoms of digestive discomfort.

So you can see why TriEase® Softgels or the combo of Lemon, Lavender, and Peppermint in a roller bottle or the diffuser would be so helpful. I love seeing the surprise on my friends faces when they start to react to my cat and I offer them a glass of water and essential oils and their indoor issues just stop. Remember essential oils are used in small amounts often so you do need to repeat for extended exposures.

EasyAir®  is fabulous, it also contains Peppermint and other essential oils that help to calm and assist with seasonal difficulties. I always keep some with me in my key chain. It has a minty, relaxing, fresh, airy aroma. It is one of my favorite blends.

If you are anything like me, and love being outside in spring but have the sniffles a lot of the time as you are planning or planting your garden, or other fun outdoor activities you may wish to stock up on the above essential oils like I do.

Hope that helps. Remember I am here to help you on your road to renew you.
