88 Mens Health

This is a topic a lot of men are concerned about. One that is very common for men that are over 40. Not an easy topic, but a conversation that needs to be had.

Recently I was chatting with a friend about his need to use the facilities many times throughout the night. How disruptive it was for his sleeping. Actually, that is where the conversation started. As we dug into the causes of his sleep deprivation he let me know of his real issue.

There are things that can be done to help support the health. Let's first talk about what and where the prostate is. It is located beneath the bladder and is normally the size of a walnut. It becomes enlarged as its cells continue to multiply throughout a mans life.

When this organ is enlarged, it can become a problem known as - benign prostatic hyperplasia. You MUST see a doctor to find out if the issue is benign, and what the problem is. Do not leave things to chance.

What happens when the prostate enlarges; it pinches off the urethra that runs through the prostate causing difficulty in emptying the bladder. Symptoms include urgency to urinate, hesitancy, frequency, and incontinence.

This problem often leads to infection, stones, damaged bladder and kidneys, and erectile dysfunction. As men age they are at greater risk for prostate cancer as well, so you must see a doctor. Do not assume your problem is only an enlarged prostate.

Men are independent by nature so here is some information you can empower yourselves with. Practical applications that help you feel you have some control. These natural remedies can help you support your body, manage mood, and help the body maintain overall health.

I learned a new word looking up this information. Dihydrotestosterone, which means testosterone levels are too high and you need to bring them down. When it is high there are problems that are created; male pattern baldness and enlarged prostate. Essential oils that you would use are Celery Seed, Juniper Berry, Rosemary, Tulsi, DDR Prime and Zendocrine.

Usage tips: Start with a couple drops a day and go from there. Use common sense.
If you intend to use Internally; take in a capsule (some essential oils do come in softgel form), or add in a glass of water.
Topically; you can use essential oils to create your own personal scent and aftershave. Dilute to cover sensitive or large areas, use on the bottom of your feet, back of neck or other areas of concern.
Aromatically; Enjoy your favorite smells directly from the bottle or use a diffuser in the bedroom, office, workshop, or other location.

Prostrate Relief protocol
